Steel structure workshop is a building used for industrial production. Purlins and wall beams

Brace

There are roof supports and column cross supports. It is usually made of round steel, angle steel or square pipe. The support system is used to stabilize the steel frame.

Vertical pole

The vertical bar is connected between purlins to adjust and control the stability of two adjacent purlins. Generally, the hanging rod is made of round steel with a diameter of 12 or 14 mm.

Roof and wallboard

Roof and wall panels are divided into two types: corrugated veneer and sandwich panel. Monochrome panels are usually used for buildings without thermal insulation requirements, and the roof and wall envelope structure are formed by purlins or wall beams.

Sandwich panels are mainly used for buildings requiring thermal insulation. The core materials of sandwich panel mainly include polyphenylene support, polyurethane foam, rock wool, glass wool, etc.
